REFUND POLICY & 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
SECTION 1: VIRTUAL SERVICES (Video Calls)
We stand behind our expertise.
The "No-Risk" Guarantee: If our Master Technician cannot provide a clear direction, diagnosis, or professional assessment during your video call, we will refund your appointment fee in full.
How to Request: Please contact us within 24 hours of your completed call.
Missed Appointments: If you miss your scheduled time slot without canceling at least 1 hour in advance, the booking fee is non-refundable (as our technicians blocked that time specifically for you).
SECTION 2: HARDWARE (Calculated Care Kits)
We accept returns on physical goods within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Note: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on electrical testing meters that have been used on live circuits.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to open-box returns.
SECTION 3: DAMAGES & DEFECTS
If your kit arrives damaged or a specific tool (like the multimeter) is defective out of the box, we will replace it immediately.
Please email us at calculatedcaring@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item, and we will ship a replacement part free of charge.
SECTION 4: SUBSCRIPTIONS (Comfort Club)
Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly Calculated Comfort Club membership at any time.
Effect: Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for mid-month cancellations.
